• For care inquiries: who needs care, the kind of care and your city or county
• For staffing requests: your facility, location and the roles you need
• For job applications: the role, your location, credentials and your résumé

Please don't send medical records or detailed health information through the website. We're glad to talk about your loved one's needs by phone.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to you: to answer questions, arrange care, fill staffing requests or consider your job application. We do not sell or rent your information.

How it's handled

• Form submissions are sent to our office by email.
• Résumés are uploaded to secure, private storage and deleted automatically after 30 days.
• The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Spam protection

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from automated spam. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies needed for spam protection on pages with forms.
